This is a house located in Valencia, it needed a radical change so we carried out a complete renovation throughout the house.
To preserve its essence, the original ceilings were retained, as they are a key element that adds unique character to the house. To accentuate these distinctive ceilings, Kaleidoscope has played with the lighting and the details of the furniture.
The aim was to obtain a home with spacious, practical and well-lit spaces.
Custom-made furniture allowed for better utilization of the new spaces, significantly enhancing the functionality and capacity of the rooms.
The predominant colours are grey and white, which combine perfectly with the wood. The final result never disappoints and is the characteristic stamp of Kaleidoscope.
In the images, you can enjoy the kitchen and its countertop, highlighting the countertop’s material, which is extended to the side panel and continues into the flooring. A perfect coordination that unifies every detail.

A space to flow through
Making the most of corridor space with architectural solutions
The owners of this duplex entrusted us with a challenge: to optimise a space that was not being used to its full potential. The upper floor, which had been converted into a mere storage room, was hiding a great deal of potential. Our proposal was clear: open up spaces, maximise natural light and create a cosy and functional atmosphere. The result? A house with a unique Mediterranean style, where the combination of neutral colours, wood and noble materials, together with original high ceilings, gives a feeling of spaciousness and warmth.

Natural light and sophisticated wood make this home cosy and comfortable.
In addition to opening up the rooms into a common and light-filled space, the home is bathed in a natural luminosity enhanced by the presence of large windows in all the rooms and the combination of neutral and white colours in the furniture. Furniture chosen to measure that makes the most of the storage capacity, one of the main concerns of the owners, and that with the remodelling meets all expectations.

It is nothing new to say that the materials were carefully selected for each room, respecting the original beauty of the house: the high ceilings. Combined with noble materials such as marble in the kitchen and bathroom, which bring elegance and sophistication to the decoration and wood in various elements such as floors, doors and furniture, bringing warmth to the home.

In order to promote sustainability, we use high quality materials with low environmental impact, designed to optimise the thermal and acoustic insulation of the home. This choice helps to reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants.

We use quality materials, appropriate to the location of the house and the climate of the city, which makes these insulations fulfil both functions, giving the property greater efficiency and, therefore, greater comfort.
Ventilation
A proper ventilation system ensures good indoor air quality, promoting health and enhancing comfort. It effectively controls humidity, preventing the appearance of mold and mildew. By continuously renewing the air, it eliminates odors and reduces the concentration of allergens.
Air conditioning
Depending on the orientation, size and other considerations of the property, we decided on the air conditioning option that best suited the characteristics of the property.
Decoration and style:
Neutral tones, natural light, white colours: elegance and functionality.
Neutral colours predominate throughout the house, which with the refurbishment has been transformed into a spacious, elegant and functional home. The bathrooms, which follow the same visual line as the rest of the rooms, with the washbasin suspended and the shower at floor level, are transformed into true oases of calm. The combination of large-format ceramic wall tiles and indirect lighting creates a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for starting and ending the day with energy. Don’t you think so?
Cooking at a different level
A kitchen open to everyday life
The opening of the kitchen to the living room gave us the feeling of spaciousness we were looking for. With details chosen down to the last millimetre, we used the same marble material for the bench, side panels, and flooring, creating a seamless sense of continuity. The result: a cosy, elegant and functional kitchen for everyday use.
