In this project, the aim is to make the most of natural light for a global reform. Making the interior part of the exterior and the exterior part of the interior, to achieve a comfortable and luminous home.
A subtle combination of materials allows the heart of this home, the kitchen, to be an element perfectly linked to the other spaces in the house, thus making the garden, terrace and living room form a single indissoluble space.
These are very well used spaces designed to measure for very special clients.
With our work methodology we not only manage to modernise the spaces, but we also achieve results that go beyond: we impregnate the space with the client’s personality.
The duality between light tones and natural wood and the lighting envelops the home with the warmth and harmony sought.
The coherence of the design follows its course throughout the house, wrapped in neutral colours that combine perfectly with the wood. In the bathrooms the contrast is notorious when the same effect is achieved by changing the materiality.

Spaciousness, light and warmth: the perfect formula for this home.
In the renovation of this house we managed to transform the space into a modern, bright and welcoming environment. The owners, seeking a feeling of spaciousness, opted for a light colour palette and natural materials that maximise the entry of light and create an open-plan atmosphere, enhanced to the maximum by the wood and marble in the floors and furniture, as they bring warmth and texture to the environment, creating a sense of connection with nature. A very interesting touch in this home was the staircase, clad in wood to match the floor, which connects the different levels of the house in a fluid way.

Natural and artificial lighting plays a key role in creating a sense of spaciousness. Large windows let in natural light, while artificial lighting is designed to highlight the different spaces.

The refurbishment has transformed the space into a bright and welcoming environment. The light laminate flooring, which imitates the warmth of natural wood, extends throughout the house, unifying the rooms. For the kitchen, the heart of the home, we chose an elegant white marble worktop and white and natural wood finishes for the furniture, maintaining the harmony of the space. In the bathroom, the choice of materials such as porcelain and stainless steel was key, as it guarantees the durability and hygiene of the bathroom, making it a practical and aesthetically pleasing space.

Thermal and acoustic efficiency in a renovation is an investment that brings multiple benefits in the long term. Good thermal insulation reduces energy consumption and improves indoor comfort, while good acoustic insulation ensures a quiet and relaxing environment. Imagine a dull and outdated kitchen that was yearning for a change. The main challenge of the refurbishment was to transform it into a bright, modern space! The old tiles were replaced with a sleek white backsplash that reflects the natural light flooding in through the new windows. The marble worktop, with its unique veins, became the protagonist of the central island, where recipes are now cooked and unforgettable moments are shared. It also has a large storage capacity.
