This property was purchased by foreign clients, who trusted us to completely transform their new home in Valencia.

Their main challenge when they decided to renovate this house was to select a reliable company capable of managing the entire renovation project remotely.

Thanks to the SARA methodology used by our architectural studio, throughout the construction work, the owners were able to meet their challenge without any problem and follow the progress through constant updates with photographs, videos and virtual follow-up meetings.

The design of the home focused on the functionality and versatility required by a couple with children, who enjoy several months of the year in this vibrant city.

The refurbishment included the installation of custom-made furniture in all the rooms, optimising space and comfort.

The social area of the house was designed as an open and welcoming space, integrating kitchen, dining room and living room, with magnificent views of the main street.

The end result has been a home that not only meets, but exceeds the expectations of our clients.
The client’s satisfaction is reflected in this opinion:

‘The experience of renovating our home from abroad has been exceptional with this company. Every step of the process was transparent and well communicated, allowing us to feel close despite the distance. The house perfectly reflects our needs and tastes, making it the ideal home for our family during our stay in Valencia.’

But we leave you with the photos so that you can come to your own conclusion.

Renovation of a house in Valencia – Calle Burriana

An oasis of tranquillity in the centre of Valencia

We opted for light tones and natural materials to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The large window facing outside became our main source of inspiration, so we decided to maximise the entrance of natural light by opting for white walls and choosing a light wooden floor. The result exceeded all our expectations.

Brightness and use of the environment

The warmth of the wood and the natural light intertwine to make this home a cosy refuge.

The large windows in this home, combined with the light tones, give way to an unprecedented feeling of spaciousness and luminosity. Natural light is enhanced by the high ceilings and white painted walls, which help to reflect natural light and maximise the feeling of brightness. Not to mention the indirect light in spaces such as the bedrooms, with LED lighting immersed in the furniture.

Quality materials

The luxury of comfort is embodied in the choice of fine materials and a warm colour palette.

The attention to detail achieves incredible results. We chose light-coloured wood for the sofa, coffee table and side chair, which reinforces the sense of harmony and visual continuity with the floor. The sofa cushions and textiles, in neutral tones such as beige and white, add softness and texture.

Energy efficiency and acoustics

Energy efficiency and acoustics

Thermal and acoustic efficiency are key aspects to consider in any renovation. By improving the thermal insulation of walls, ceilings, floors and windows, energy consumption is reduced and greater thermal comfort is guaranteed. Likewise, acoustic insulation, through the use of sound-absorbing materials and the optimisation of the distribution of spaces, allows for a calmer and quieter environment to be created.

Ventilation

Ventilation is a fundamental aspect in any home, and is something to be taken into account when we start a renovation project. An adequate ventilation system guarantees good indoor air quality, avoiding the accumulation of humidity, bad smells and pollutants.

Air conditioning

Air conditioning is a key aspect in any integral reform, as it allows you to optimise the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. In the case of this home, we installed underfloor heating, thanks to which you can enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round, reducing energy bills and helping to protect the environment.

Decoration and style

Personality and elegance at every turn

To ensure that every corner reflects the personality of the owners and blends in perfectly with the Nordic style, the exterior carpentry solutions have been customised in this refurbishment. By adapting the existing façade openings, functional and aesthetic spaces have been created that make the most of natural light.

Cooking at a different level

Cooking functionality

This modern kitchen is a perfect example of how to combine functionality and aesthetics in a small space. Dominated by a palette of light colours and natural materials such as wood and marble, it conveys a feeling of spaciousness and light. The central island, clad in elegant white veined marble, becomes the heart of the kitchen, offering a large work surface and a space for informal gatherings. The upper and lower cabinets, in a luminous white colour, provide ample storage and a minimalist look. We also applied LED lighting, both in the upper cabinets and in the ceiling, enhancing the details of the kitchen and creating a welcoming and sophisticated ambience.
