In the heart of the city of Valencia, this property is located, the new home of this family after the comprehensive renovation carried out by our team for our clients.
Consisting of a living-dining room, kitchen-office, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a laundry room, it was a reform in which, throughout the process, even the smallest details of lighting, custom furniture design and decoration of the rooms were taken into account.

A space to flow through
Open spaces and plenty of light with minimalist style
The lack of natural light was the main drawback of this house. To solve this, we demolished the walls that separated the dining room, the kitchen and the living room, creating a spacious and bright space. This reform has not only improved the aesthetics of the house, but has also increased its value and optimised its layout, making daily life easier. The choice of neutral tones and natural materials, such as wood and stone, has contributed to creating a cozy and modern atmosphere, perfect for everyday use. This renovation is a clear example of how a good distribution and adequate lighting can completely transform a space.
Luminosity and use of the environment
Natural light and top quality wood make this house a cozy and functional home.
With LED lighting in the hallway, we get a more open perception of the space. In addition, reflecting natural light helps to achieve this effect. The custom white paneling in the hallway provides the perfect storage solution while maintaining an elegant and clean aesthetic. The renovation focuses on maximizing natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax. The large windows combine harmoniously with the strategically placed lighting, ensuring that every corner shines with a life of its own.
Quality materials
Noble materials and warm colors. This is how we manage to achieve maximum elegance in the combination of woods and colors, white and Spanish walnut achieve an impressive pairing.
In this case, we chose natural walnut wood for the flooring and shelving, complemented by the use of white to create greater contrast and evoke a sense of luxury and warmth. Wooden slats were used to conceal doors, enhancing the perception of spaciousness.
Energy and acoustic efficiency
Living in the city centre and enjoying a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Order is one of the aspects that Kaleidoscope takes care of and analyzes the most.
Energy efficiency and sound insulation are at the heart of this remodel, ensuring a home that is not only beautiful, but also practical and functional.
Thermal and acoustic insulation
Precisely because it is the top floor of the house, the implementation of acoustic and thermal insulation is very important. To do this, we use quality materials, appropriate to the location of the house and the climate of the city, which makes these insulations fulfill both functions, giving the property greater efficiency and therefore, greater comfort.
Ventilation
Cross ventilation has become the best way to enjoy a climate of comfort and well-being, which is why in this reform it has been carefully implemented, ensuring optimal air circulation that maximizes the freshness and quality of the indoor environment.

Air conditioning
Air conditioning is a key element in any renovation. An efficient HVAC system not only ensures thermal comfort all year round, but also improves the quality of the air you breathe, reduces energy bills and increases property value (this is also very important!). In this case, we installed individualized air conditioning for each room, discreetly integrated into the furniture to maintain the beauty of a clean and organized space.

Thanks to the adaptation of home automation in this remodelling, we created a smart and efficient home, where everything works in a coordinated and tailor-made way. In addition to practicality, we use indirect lighting on shelves to give more atmosphere. The bathrooms, with linear lighting that simulate the natural light of a skylight, have an elegant and functional design. Light also used in the study area, reaching the maximum storage space and desk.

All the decorative elements have been chosen to enhance the space, creating a homely and modern atmosphere. The selection of walnut-colored flooring adds a distinct personality to the home, exuding warmth and a sense of luxury. And what to say about the furniture: the armchairs, chosen with a wooden structure in natural tones and beige fabric upholstery, combining functionality and aesthetics. This type of furniture is timeless and adapts to different decorative styles of the home.
