The most important challenge: the ability to redistribute the spaces with the aim of maximising the entry of natural light. Natural colours to achieve a homely and intimate feeling through the materials.
The open kitchen allows the union between spaces to provide greater amplitude and more light.
The furniture has been carefully chosen to make the most of everything the house has to offer. An example is the desk immersed in the living room furniture for those moments of relaxed work.

Open spaces, optimal storage: The perfect balance.
The spaces are designed to optimise flow and functionality, with modular furniture that separates the areas without detracting from the spaciousness and luminosity, and adding a large storage capacity. Proof of this is the large desk immersed in the living room furniture.
Brightness and use of the environment
The light that precedes a warm home
We had a very important challenge: the ability to maximise the entry of light into a somewhat gloomy home. We set to work opening up the spaces so that light could flow in through the large windows on the terrace. With an open-plan kitchen and made-to-measure furniture to give a greater sense of spaciousness. To enhance the brightness, we chose recessed lights for soft general lighting and directional spotlights to highlight specific elements. The combination of natural and artificial light, together with the right choice of plants and furniture, creates a perfect outdoor space to enjoy all year round.

In the remodelling of this home we have chosen a warm and contemporary aesthetic. The combination of materials creates a balanced and inviting atmosphere, with wood taking center stage in the flooring and furniture, beautifully complemented by other elements that add contrast and a touch of dynamism. Such as glass, present in the wardrobe doors, or metal in chairs and other elements, giving us that industrial touch.

That is why we carefully select high quality materials with low environmental impact, which guarantee optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. Predominantly furniture with simple lines, with a clear Nordic design, contrasting with bright colors of some upholstery. The shelves, designed to measure, present a combination of open and closed modules, offering storage and exhibition space.

A kitchen open to everyday life
The owners, who love cooking, told us about the importance of the kitchen as the central axis of the house. The result: the island, the heart of the kitchen, which integrates a cooking area and an informal dining area, perfect for sharing moments with the family. A wide black quartz countertop, contrasting with the warm tones of the oak wood used in the lower cabinets. And what about the lighting, carefully studied, enhancing the minimalist and functional aesthetics of the space, creating a cozy atmosphere conducive to unleash the culinary creativity.
